Cheating can be done on a limited basis by bringing up two screens of the same game and sending the 2nd game

How is it possible that someone can score 212,000 in 150 minutes of play in party mode.  I say its impossible, absolutely and utterly impossible, unless they are CHEETING !  Why would anybody even start to play in a party where the leader is over 200,000?

I scored 24,016 and do not know how to cheat, I switched from iPhone to pc, had the perfect songs, I've had that high score a long time and I have not beaten it in 3+yrs, it can be done

it's not cheating. that's what happens when you know all the songs and the samples so well that you just know what to click. also, headphones help a lot. without them my average is about 1.1s, with them 0.7s.

when you click immediately (0.1s) it's called blind guessing, but that's not cheating either. unless you get all 5 in a row in 0.1s

The frustrating thing is that those cheaters sense they can't beat you at a certain playlist and just follow your first 4 guesses as quickly as possible and then blind guess the 5th one. This often results into a win for them as the last one counts double when you've got all 5 correct.

Hi Andy, I would be careful there as what you are describing is a tactic, it's not cheating.  Its the only way to deal with people sending playlists they know you can't answer or beat them at.  Its a defensive tactic, not cheating, and I would suggest lots of good players including myself do this.

Andy, the show "opponents guess" is a game setting built into SongPop.  Its there for people to use if they wish.  It can hardly be called cheating if someone uses it.  Each player gets a turn at choosing what playlist to send.  If players deliberately send music their opponent cant answer then that could also be construed as cheating.  Eg I've had opponents deliberately send foreign language challenges even though they know I dont speak that language.  The only defense to that is using what you call cheating.  I would suggest if you know your category well enough and answer quick enough you will beat them even if they use that defensive tactic.  There are plenty of real cheats in this game Andy.  People who log in multiple times to get a look at the answers, people who use multiple identities in same game, people who gang together to block opponents and many other ways of cheating.  Save your criticism for the real cheats, using a game feature is not cheating.

Yes , there are bots that play the game for people. There's also apps that help you cheat by picking as fast as possible. I don't like cheating , it takes the fun out of playing.

Cincinmin everybody has a bot that plays for them in party mode.  You never play live against your opponents in party.  You play against their bots and they play against your bot.  That's why everybody is all ready and waiting to play when you are.
