do you credit players for party games unable to play?

I tried signing on to play a couple of party games and due to slow download, it asked me to quit the game or continue. I tried twice and was unable to play, so I chose to quit the game and I noticed that I still got charged for both games. Please advise. Thank you.

  The same thing has happened to me many times and it also takes my powerups away as well

  Yeah, it's a frustrating thing so I need to wait for the slow download in order to save my ticket.

  This is total crap. I have had the same problem too with joining the party. I think it's time to find a new app.
