Same problem here and it’s made the game unplayable for me on my iPad. I’ve been subscribing to SongPop VIP/Plus for years but ready to cancel and stop playing over this.

I’m getting ready to just quit the game and I’ve been a paying player for several years now.

The feedback I got from customer service is that the changes are intentional and is allegedly about making the game run more smoothly. That makes absolutely no sense.

I’m having the same problem. This change makes playing on an iPad impossible.

Just want to say that this has been fixed. I’m able to play in landscape mode again on my iPad. I appreciate the developers responding to feedback and correcting the issue.

I am still NOT able to play Songpop in landscape mode. I checked the App Store, and there is no update waiting to be downloaded. I’ve tried closing and re-opening the app while holding my iPad at different angles. Nothing has helped. Songpop is appearing in portrait mode only.

The same thing happened to me, and it rendered the game unplayable on my iPad. I've been a SongPop VIP/Plus subscriber for years, but I'm about to unsubscribe and stop playing because of this.

I've examined the App Store, and no pending updates are available for download. Despite attempting to close and reopen the app while holding my iPad at various angles, no updates seem to be present. Flixeon

Forcing a portrait mode screen layout, where the display is fixed in a vertical orientation, may be a deliberate design choice for specific applications or devices. Several reasons exist for opting to restrict the screen to portrait mode check here

Hey there! It seems like you're experiencing some trouble with the screen layout. Have you checked the settings to see if there's an option to enable landscape mode? Sometimes it might be disabled by default. If you can't find a solution there, you could try reaching out to customer support for further assistance. Hope this manga helps!
