Delete opponent blocked

Hi everyone I blocked some opponents. After a few months, I decided to unblock them but they appear like "wam_1234567890" and not connected for 649 months!!! How can I definitely deleted them?! I can't choose unblocked or something else... Thanks for your help, best regards Lou
