No rewards for watching ads

I was trying to get a free set of songs, so I clicked on get it free…THREE times I clicked & watched the ads & never got the free songs. Very aggravating! And now you can’t even report it? Not good customer service at all!

  I think there is a glitch in this. I also got the same error.
