I feel cheated out of a LIVE game WIN!
Has this happened to anyone else??
I am writing to report an issue regarding the Rock LIVE game today (Tue, April 11, 2023 at 5 p.m. ET).
I was quite disappointed at what happened after all five rounds were played. I know it is just a game, and not too important, but we PLUS subscribers do pay to play, and I would not wish this to happen to anyone else.
I played the Rock LIVE and according to my screen I got all 5 answers in each of 5 rounds correct. There was never a Revive prompt because of getting an answer wrong. I was FULLY expecting to be one of the winners, but I was completely shocked when the screen informed me that the other three participants in my team had won but I HAD NOT! Totally incredulous and quite upset to see that that is what apparently had just happened, I awaited the Songpop Recap in the Chat tab. When it was posted, it showed that I had seemingly had 5( Yes FIVE) wrong answers(?!), but I had played the entire game without a Revive screen appearing. I don't want to drag this out, but here is a question looking for one (or more) answers. How can this very disheartening situation even occur?
At minimum, this episode has soured my enthusiasm to compete in future live games, and may lead me to abandon the new SP and return to the Classic version, or consider my other options.
I would be happy to hear any explanation for how such a disappointing (to put it in the mildest of terms) event can even (be allowed to) happen?
