    There is option like  every subscription base website to cancel it. Simply goto billing or your profile setting tere you find billing or subscription option and cancel from there or remove your card.

    2. Go to your account settings or profile.

    4. Find the option to cancel your subscription or trial.

    Note that if you cancel your free trial before it ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

    To cancel your Zendesk free 7-day trial, you can follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Zendesk account.

    2. Click on the gear icon in the lower left corner of the screen to access the settings menu.

    3. Select the "Billing" option from the menu.

    4. Click on the "Subscription" tab.
