Canceling my paid subscription after 10.5 years.

Guys, if you're going to massively increase the annual cost of a paid subscription; if you're going to do that without delivering features and value that people/players actually want; and if the process to keep having and using features like party mode that we've been paying for for years is just mind bogglingly complicated and impossible to do from our end, what exactly is the rationale to keep paying you $10 per month/$120 per year?

i just canceled my subscription after blowing an hour of my day trying to make this work (!!), and this cancellation takes effect in 5 days.

Seriously guys, were you trying to sabotage your own paid subscriber base and destroy the joy while creating massive amounts of frustration??

I suppose if someone gets back to me in the next couple days and makes it easy and fast for me to remain a paying subscriber, I'll consider it, but short of that, hey, it's been fun for the past decade.....sometimes good things do come to an end.

I cancelled mine a couple of days ago after I was told by these folks on ZenDesk Plus only works on both games if you enroll on the version I don't care to play. Hope they go bankrupt!!!

I cancelled mine. They pushed it too far. They took what started out as a great game, got us all addicted, changed it, demanded more money, took away the aspects of the game we liked and forced rubbish on us. What a shame.
