Songpop and songpop plus problems
My accounts are joined but songpop doesn't recognize that u have classic plus ...it keeps telling me to try songpop plus for a trial week but I am already subscribed

Is there really NO ONE from the staff that can clarify things about this every-day-changing nonsense? I'm really getting closer to deinstall this forever.
