Loyalty badges

I've seen quite a few players with a heart going through an envelope badge,apparently there loyalty badges?,seems I've been playing this for years now,going on twice a day and I haven't got one?,maybe I did get one but the offer was sent to my old registered address which I have made another request for help to change it?

There saying it's for certain requirements. I understand your frustration I didn't get one either and have played for years and pay for VIP and occasionally other things. There defiantly not doing it for there loyal players that's played since the first songpop

Same I've been playing over 3yrs and been vip and never received anything, while someone on my list joined just 2 months and already has 2 stars on the thank you badge

Bloody frustrating isn't it! I've got a player,4 mts been on here & the same 2 stars on there badge. SONGPOP PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS .???

Well sorry but that still makes no sense,playing for five years,mostly as a VIP player. You say if you have any other issues,well this is it. WHAT MORE ELIGIBLITY DO YOU WANT. How come I play people who have the badge and when I enquire how they got it and say they've been on here 4 months,ok as a VIP player,when myself and obviously other players have been on here longer,again as a VIP player and don't even get an email with the offer.SORRY BUT YOU'VE HAVE QUITE CLEARLY GOT THIS WRONG 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I feel the same way.that was the response I got from them when I've ask about it. Played since 2012. Pay for VIP and occasionally buy coins. I'm not getting anywhere with them. I know there's people who got it who don't pay for VIP and hasn't played long. They need to look up what loyalty means. Makes you not want to pay for anything on the game.
