No Sound

 A few days ago the sound disappeared on the app on my iPhone. It works on my iPad though. I deleted the app & reinstalled it but still no sound. Anyone else experiencing this?

  Song Pop told me it's an issue with IOS11, they are working on a fix. Thank you.

  I have no sound currently playing through Facebook on my iMac, normally I do but today no dice. I'm better off playing on my iPad at least I know it will work there

  I'm on a Dell desktop PC and I haven't had sound on SongPop for a few weeks now, and I keep losing because I'm just randomly guessing.

  Hi Nicole (only), first play something on media player to check if you have sound.  If no sound something outside of SongPop is wrong.  If you have sound on media player and you are using Win 7 or above try download and install Facebook Gameroom which is separate to your browser.  Search for and setup SongPop in Gameroom and try playing like that.  If you already are using Gameroom then revert to playing thru browser and Facebook to try.

  Ok now my issues is even weirder.  I also have no sound but here is the catch. This is my daughters account and she is the one without any sound right now. But on MY account I have sound and everything is fine. The kicker is that we share the same PC. No ipod, no ipads, no tablets or androids....this is a shared personal computer. I hope they ad this to their list to fix because she just started playing and was really sad when she logged on and tried to play but couldn't and lost a game because she was forced to play it without the sound. Please fix asap. Curreent date and time March 12 2019, 6:55 pm DST united states.

  I have no sound in game. I uninstalled then Reloaded the game still nothing, when I sign into my 2nd account it works fine but not my primary account?
