Master Playlist = Badge
Playing on a PC. How can you identify the playlists that will give you a badge once mastered. No trophy showing in the corner when buying a playlist...

You cant. If your on PC then your playing older Flash version of SongPop which doesn't give you access to Mastery badges. I've argued for some time to have it updated for PC users but they refuse. They say Flash is dead and not worth supporting so will only update the Mobile versions of SongPop for Android and Apple.

This is completely unfair. That means those of us on a PC have no idea whatsoever if what we are playing qualifies as a Mastery badge or not. I cannot believe that SongPop feels that this is okay!! It wasn't all that long ago that they updated the PC version to SP2...it is way too soon for them to say that Flash is obsolete and they will no longer support PC users. They really don't care if they lose players or not, do they? They sure don't cater to us..the players...at all! As much as I love this game, I am frankly sick of that kind of attitude.

Stacy I completely agree with what you've said as I also play on a PC using the Flash version thru Facebook or Gameroom. Unfortunately I've spoken to some IT people about this who say all the computer companies are doing the same. Something to do with vulnerabilities in Flash and lack of support from Adobe (makers of Flash) making it unsuitable to continue investment in programs developed in it.
Keep in mind knowing if a playlist qualifies for Mastery badge is only useful if you also play on a mobile device where you have access to that. Personally I cant stand using touch screens, small screens or mobile phones. Would much rather play on my PC screen in comfortable chair where the ergonomics are right.

I downloaded and installed an Android emulator program on my PC. The one I used is called Andy. Other similar programs can be Googled or here's an article on some - https://beebom.com/best-android-emulators-windows/
After you the Android emulator working go to Google apps store, open an account or use existing acc. Retrieve and install the SongPop2 app from the Android store. Log in to SongPop2 and you are now on the latest version with access to everything.
Be warned that the above was not a trouble free process but works once the bugs are ironed out. The Andy emulator was a large download and slow installation which failed a few times until I disabled my Antivirus temporarily. Some PC's may struggle running Apps inside Android emulator inside Windows. I used an i7 laptop with 8GB RAM on Win7 and it handles it fine. The resulting Android version of SongPop2 comes up in only a fraction of the PC screen which sort of defeats the purpose for me. I also find it rather annoying and difficult to navigate. But on the upside you have Mastery and a whole lot of settings not available in the Flash version. I also found that Mastery wasn't available on any of the lists I own or that I'm interested in so I'm back playing the old SongPop version in Flash.
