Game won't load

When I go into my songpop 2 app to play, it won't load. I've tried restarting my phone but it isn't making a difference. Its been 2 or 3 days since I've been able to log on and I'm afraid I'm going to lose my daily rewards. I have about 3 or 4 months built up of daily rewards.

  I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won't load. Is there any way to contact songpop directly to get some answers?

  I cannot get Songpop 2 to load, just keeps spinning. I also have restarted, reinstalled to no avail, this is day 2 of the issue.

  Android, Apple, Microsoft, Galaxy or Facebook version? When you say reinstalled try uninstall first, then restart phone before reinstall. Make sure rest of phone is up to date and that it has a few GB free memory.
