Disable Chat

I always have my chat off so when an opponent tries to message me it'd be great to let them know I have my chat off. Or better yet disable people from sending messages when chat is off

  I think it should be that way too because if someone tries to send a chat to someone with it disabled, they think the other person is not answering them, they don't know they have it disabled.

  I don't think they can send a message when you have it off.
