Unable to ask friends for tickets

I'm having a problem requesting tickets from friends. I can send tickets, but can not request them. Help???

I am also having a serious problem getting or giving tickets. I used to see a lineup of all the friends I could request tickets from and now there is nothing. It says I should "invite my friends" to play SongPop. But these friends already play. I just want them to send me tickets. Can no longer make this request. What's up SongPop?

I’m having the very same issue. Has anyone figured this out yet??? Does any SongPop advisors even read these threads????
