Can’t change username

I tried this: https://songpop2.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/221096388-How-do-I-change-my-username- But clicking on “username” doesn’t do anything, can’t access the field. Anyone else with this problem?

  It's straightforward, just head to the Settings and you can effortlessly modify your username. I did the same process when I switched from falaya to michaelnoah.
