I no longer get videos for free tickets
Same here, glad I came in 3rd and got my turkey, but haven't got videos since last night.
I can't get them either.
I am having same issues...not received videos for almost 2 days now..
If you are playing SongPop2 and have a place to click for the original SongPop or SongPop1 (usually up top left of screen but maybe elsewhere on mobile device) try clicking it, go to original SongPop version and you will find similar button to go back to SongPop2 so click that. I find going back and forth just once to original SongPop resets the free video without fail.
I also have not been able to get the free tickets by watching the videos. It keeps saying "We are out of offers in your region. please try again later :( .. This started happening about 3 weeks ago and the videos still have not come back. What the heck is going on ? I know other players who still get them...
I've tried switching from SongPop1 back to SongPop2 and that does not reset it.
Sorry but it works for me and others I know, otherwise I can't help.
I don't know why Songpop keeps putting out updates & it never fixes the free tickets issue.
I am still not able to get free tickets, going on almost 4 weeks now. As I have said in my other comment, going from SongPop1 to SongPop2 does not reset no matter how many time I try it. What is blocking getting the free tickets for some people ? This is driving me crazy !!!
Now all of a sudden I can't even buy tickets. I can hit any button on the tickets screen & it does nothing.
Same here. I thought it was because i let my vip go. I bought it back still nothing. I can go from songpop 1 to 2 and still get the same message as the person above.
Hi something else I've found that effects the free ticket video is if you are using an advert blocker. Check if you are blocking adverts on the page with your browser or if you have something else like antivirus or security software doing it, try just disabling for a minute while you check video. If that works then try giving the page an exemption.
OK I tried what Gary suggested about disabling my antivirus, and that did not work.
A better test I tried was asking a friend to sign into my computer and go into SongPop , and guess what... they were able to see the video for free tickets !!!! I signed back in and mine still showed like the image I posted above 2 days ago that it's out of offers in my region and please try later... I even switched playing through gameroom & facebook, and also through different browsers like Google & Firefox.
Something is screwy and I don't know what to do to get it fixed. I like playing parties, but I can't anymore with enough tickets. I refuse to have to buy them now .
If your playing on a PC try checking for updates to Flash. Its more likely to be security settings as I previously said and getting your friend to log in for you just proves it is something about your PC/device causing it.

Also, why when a friend signs in on my computer to facebook and goes to play SongPop they are able to get the videos for free tickets, but I can't when I sign in ??? As I have said, I have tried playing through Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and still does not work. Also playing through the Facebook Gameroom does not work for me, but it does for another player when they use my computer.
It is now going on 5 weeks that I cannot get tickets ?!?!?!?!?
I keep getting "could not load video, please try again in a few minutes message" every time.
Hi Cindy, sorry your still having trouble there. I do understand how frustrating this problem is having been thru it myself several times. I am just a player like you and also need tickets for parties so when this happens to me I have tried lots of things to fix it. So in your last message you say another player signs in on your pc and the movie tickets work, but not when you sign in. That tells me the problem is in your account then. Last thing I can think of which may work - If its possible to have that other person or anybody for that matter log in again thru your pc to SongPop then check what location it says they are in. Then you log in and check your location. You need to both do this on same pc while its located at same place. If the locations are different between accounts it might explain problem. What I suggest is get hold of a mobile device to log in to SongPop which is later version of SongPop with different settings. You can go into your profile settings and manually overide your location. PS: I would still suggest you try to log in thru mobile even if you have same location as friend. Maybe the location data is corrupt and editing it will correct it.
I just wanted to say that I too, was unable to watch a video to get free tickets. I did not even get a message, I just got taken to the page to purchase them. I did as Gary suggested and disabled my ad-blocker, reloaded the game and I was finally given the option to watch a video and got a free ticket. If you do disable your ad-blocker, be sure to reload the page.

It's changing the settings according to Chrome, Songpop 2 in the game room of Facebook says otherwise so the toggle to earn tickets for watching ads have disappeared and it's not the first time now. I've changed all my ad-blocking and other security settings so I don't know the purpose of this. I've even refreshed it a bunch, logged out whatever works and nothing has changed it, I'm not sure if this is a game issue but how do I fix it?
