Didnt get badge or tickets for finishing 1st

I was shown a reward for finishing first in dance as well as other rewards for other games but was never given my badge or tickets for the dance party (sat 28/10)
Can you please credit me accordingly..or you can give me tickets and boosts to enable me to reach 130,000+ that i earnt to win the game. In have spent a lot of money on this game and am also a vip but there us no point spending money if i am not getting the rewards.. need to look at fixing this issue. Thanks Alison

    Good Luck with that, support is non existent. I also didn't get my badge when I mastered a playlist and wrote to support but all they do is just send me instructions on how to level up my badge etc which I already know and it's not really my issue if they bothered to actually read what I wrote. we are definitely not the only ones who were cheated out of badges/prizes.

    This has happened three times to me now; I even double checked how many badges I had before finishing just to make sure. It really stinks when you pay the monthly fee and they can’t bother to credit you accordingly.

    Just got 1st place...with a score of 137,000...more or less...2nd was at 87,000, more or less...in The 80's category..after sucking it up for over 2 hours, and hearing the songs cut in and out...I still hung in there and won my first party ! At 6PM it ended...I won, but it froze and would not let me click "next"...now, I have NO BADGE...and over 200 tickets gone, not to mention the microphone power ups ! F- that !

    Yeah I just mastered songpop on ice and didn't get the badge for it it just said rank is not available for this playlist I have the little trophy on and everything but no dang badge
