cant send a message to a specific person

There is an issue and its so important to me
I can send messages almost to all other opponents. But,
I can't send a message to a specific person. She's Tiffany A. from my opponents. I just dont know why.
If I can contact with her, it would be great for me.
And I suppose it takes just a little time from your precious time.

Hi I hope you understand this is a Community Forum and SongPop staff don't reply to messages on here, only other players like myself reply.
If you can't message a specific person it could be that person has their chat facility turned off as in they don't want to chat to anybody. There is a setting for this under Privacy to disable it. Also if you have had previous interaction with that person its possible they may have blocked just you so that you cannot send messages to them.
