Game not working properly
Was there an update 3days ago? I didn’t get it on iTunes. Ads with sound but blue screen only. White “x” appears in top right corner, I tap it, blue screen goes away but sound keeps playing. When it is my turn to pick playlist, no playlists appear and no navigation to exit. I have to close the game, then open it to use. EVERY TIME!!!!!

I’ve had a SongPop2 account on both my iPhone and iPad for over a decade. Out of the blue today I got a strange message in the middle of a game asking me about searching devices and I said don’t allow. Now both games have quit working totally on both the phone and pad! When I click on a player the error message pops up every time. I can’t even connect to Customer Support. I get a message the connection to server is lost! SO FRUSTRATING!
