Songpop can't find opponent

When I click on a game recently sent by an opponent Songpop says that it can't find the opponent.

  It still happens with one particular player who isn't blocked!

  I CAN'T BELIEVE THERE'S NO HELP HERE ON A LOT OF THESES PROBLEMS HERE HELPING YOU FINDING YOUR OPPONENTS THAT YOU'RE BLOCKED ON ACCIDENT THAT NO LONGER VISABLE THAT BAD.
