cant cancel VIP

i got a vip trail for a month and soon after i stopped playing. i tried to cancel it but it wont work and i want it canceled. it already charged me once. i treid through the google play store but it wont work!

  The only way i know is through the Playstore. I've purchased VIP for a year but then i cancel it straight away so that I'm not automatically charged each year,yet I still maintain my subscription for that year- works for me but I don't know about the monthly trial version,sorry. Di
