To block an account because of humilating of other players

Can you block this account please because of humilating of other players? One of the players are Valove Olhalove. Her username is Vhalove31.

You can block them yourself by just tapping on their avatar then on the next screen you'll see 3 white dots ( ... ) on the top right of your screen. You have 2 options- Block User/Report User. Maybe Report them then Block them.You can also delete them completely from your list of opponents by swiping them quickly to the left so that a red delete option appears and then just tap on it.
