Unable to Listen to Song Snippets

Since updating to the latest version of Song Pop 2 on my iPad (iOS 11.0.3), I am no longer able to listen to snippets of songs by clicking on the play button. The songs appear to be playing, but I'm not hearing anything. I am having no problems playing the game otherwise.  Help!
