Finding deleted players

I was recently deleted by a user and want to re challenge, the challenge button is highlighted grey whereas other players are highlighted orange. It's been 7 days since? Help please

  I tried to do the same thing and it keeps taking my powerups but NEVER lets me re challenge them! Maybe they have us blocked?? I don't know how to determine if I am blocked or not & don't know why I even would be.

  Did anyone ever respond to these queries? The message you get when someone drops you is that you can re-challenge in 7 days but after 7 days the challenge bar still doesn’t work. So how do I re-challenge someone. As I understand, if I don’t re-challenge them in the next 7 days I will never be able to re-challenge them. Could someone explain how this works?

  I accidenly deleted someone I have been playing.  Neither of us can choose to play the other, what can be done to get around that?

  Same problem can't re-challenge. The challenge button is always GRAY. Which doesn't work.
