Connecting with another player

A Facebook friend of mine just started playing Song Pop.  However, when I go in to add her as a challenger, her name does not appear on my Facebook friends screen.  I tried putting in her email address as a different way of connecting with her through this, but that's not working either.  Any suggestions on how I can get her added?
