    Same thing happened to me this morning. Opened the app early in the morning and was charged even though I played quite late last night.

    This same thing happened to me today.  I did not pay money to continue the streak and lost my 6+ streak as a result.  :-(

    This happened to me and I was well over a year of daily playing. I've had to pay the 4.99 several times even though I had not missed the previous day but I've had it. I went ahead and let the streak go but i'm not happy that SongPop is cheating loyal players.

    THIS IS THE 4TH TIME IN 4 MONTHS THAT THEY SAID THAT I MISSED A DAY AND I DID NOT . ANYONE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT ?

    Same thing has just happened to me, 6 month streak i've lost, I was playing last night how come its saying 1 day missed

    THEY ARE RIPPING US OFF!!!!!!  HOW MANY PEOPLE DO THEY DO THIS TO EACH AND EVERY DAY. THIS ADDS UP. Song Pop is STEALING from us!!! I was at the 6th level today,..when for the 4th day in a row they told me I had to pay .99 because I "had missed a day." That is completely FALSE,..I my"history" shows I am on multiple times a day.  What can we do against these thieves???

    HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY . JUST HAD TWO MONTHS IN AND SENT ME BACK TO THE BEGINNING . 5TH OR 6TH TIME THIS HAS HAS HAPPENED . COME ON MAN QUIT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !

    Mike, do what I did,..IMMEDIATELY go to paypalor your credit card and dispute the charges. I instantly was given a refund when I did this. I was burning mad,..and let them know it. Go dispute the charge NOW. Carol

    If ALL us start disputing the charges,..instead of sitting back and taking it up the ***, they will FIX the problem.

    I've experienced the same thing twice this year and when I put in a request to have my notes reinstated they informed me that they had no way to do that! What really ticks me off, is they have the audacity to continually send me an email wanting to know how their support team did and wanting me to change that I am unhappy with their support team! I'm not going to change it unless they restore everything.

    I'm amazed.... So many people complaining about the same, and yet ... no answer from the Admin. 
    The same issue happened to me.  Yesterday (06-aug) I oppened my game and a message appear: $4.99 to keep my 6+ strike.
    I haven't payed yet, I'm searching for a solution

    Hi guys....in particular Douglas.  I feel I need to tell you guys this is a "user forum" where players try to help each other.  There is no Admin and you won't get comment from SongPop.  Players like me, Kermit and a few newer players (none of us work for them) occasionally reply with suggestions to help.  Most of us who try to help don't get involved when there is money concerned.  If you play on mobile device you can go to the help screen and lodge a report which goes to SongPop and is the only way to get matters like this resolved.  If you are not on a mobile device then you need to email SongPop -

    This has happened to me several times with over a year of continuous play I've just let it go. I REFUSE to pay them for anything. I refuse to become a VIP because of price. $5 a year maybe $5 a month they can forget it. I'm thinking seriously of deleting the app.

    And still it happens, almost 2 years of playing daily and now back to square one or pay for the privelage!!

    Personally I already pay out more than enough.

    Songpop will simply lose players, can anyone advise or have an email adress to complain to?

    I have been charged 0.99 twice this week for missed days, but I play every morning before work!!!! I love this game but want my money back. These are false charges!

    Where is this help screen on my mobile device that I’m supposed to go to in order to “lodge” a report to SongPop2? I received my daily bonus yesterday evening and now this morning it says I missed a day and wants $4.99 to revive. I have had this happen several times which I reluctantly paid due to my streak over a year, but I’m fed up and want it fixed.
