Wrongfully charged for missed days.
Yesterday I opened my game, collected my pick a prize and got 5 tickets and went on about my day. This morning I opened my game to have it say I missed a day and had to pay 4.99 to continue with my streak of over 450 days in a row. This is probably the 5th time in that 450+ days that this has happened. I'm tired of having the game say I missed a day when I didnt. If it were a week or two, it's no biggie to start over, but for it to be over a year, that's a lot of time. I love this game but this just ticks me off. It's not fair and it's ripping people off who really enjoy the game. Have I missed a day or two? Yes, I will admit to that. In those cases, I have no problem paying, but to KNOW that I have gone in and collected my reward and in some cases played a round or two and then have the game tell me I missed a day is annoying and frustrating. STOP CHEATING LOYAL PLAYERS!!!!

THEY ARE RIPPING US OFF!!!!!! HOW MANY PEOPLE DO THEY DO THIS TO EACH AND EVERY DAY. THIS ADDS UP. Song Pop is STEALING from us!!! I was at the 6th level today,..when for the 4th day in a row they told me I had to pay .99 because I "had missed a day." That is completely FALSE,..I my"history" shows I am on multiple times a day. What can we do against these thieves???

I've experienced the same thing twice this year and when I put in a request to have my notes reinstated they informed me that they had no way to do that! What really ticks me off, is they have the audacity to continually send me an email wanting to know how their support team did and wanting me to change that I am unhappy with their support team! I'm not going to change it unless they restore everything.

Hi guys....in particular Douglas. I feel I need to tell you guys this is a "user forum" where players try to help each other. There is no Admin and you won't get comment from SongPop. Players like me, Kermit and a few newer players (none of us work for them) occasionally reply with suggestions to help. Most of us who try to help don't get involved when there is money concerned. If you play on mobile device you can go to the help screen and lodge a report which goes to SongPop and is the only way to get matters like this resolved. Where is this help screen on my mobile device that I’m supposed to go to in order to “lodge” a report to SongPop2? I received my daily bonus yesterday evening and now this morning it says I missed a day and wants $4.99 to revive. I have had this happen several times which I reluctantly paid due to my streak over a year, but I’m fed up and want it fixed.
