why does it say I have more games going than I do?

Why are game overs still showing up on my opponents list and counting as active games? It shows that I have 98 games going, when in reality I have 28. I can't get rid of the 'game over' people, nothing suggested has worked and I can't challenge anyone new! This has been a problem since I first started playing Songpop2. It also shows me playing longer than I actually have, but that doesn't bother me. It does however bother me that I can not play with anyone new, due to the game overs.
