Adverts affecting integrity of the game. Buffering, crashing etc

how do I complain to the 'support' team who appear to be no support whatsoever. For goodness sake stop this new and wholly intrusive advert regime - please

    I agree!   It's freaking frustrating.  Just ruined it for me.  Had been playing for a few years....  after every round is ridiculous and ruins the flow.... 😠

    The erratic buffering affecting the game play is infuriating! The ads are annoying. I've played for a few years and am ready to leave permanently.

    Do song pop bother to look at this community page to see the criticisms or do they just want to make money and not care about the rest I wonder?

    Sheila this community page is pretty much just us players trying to help each other.  They seem to have built in some "frequently asked questions" which are similar subjects to the frequent complaints but I've never seen anyone in the community forum get a forum answer from SongPop admin.  There is a link regarding adverts interupting play but you will need to lodge support ticket by using "submit a request" at top of page.  https://songpop2.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001584087?page=1#comment_115000232728

    This has been one of the most reliable games I've ever played, till the last update.  Now it is continually crashing.  I hope someone who can do something about it is reading these comments, a great game is ruined.
