the game keeps never stops loading when I accept the six free playlists

I'm entering the game for the first time with my new Facebook account and it offers me six free playlists that I can choose, but when I accept it keeps loading 'eternally' and I can never get them, I even can't back to play again, so the only solution is reload the game and then again the same situation happens. I can't find a solution. Please help...

  I keep having the same problem, whether I'm using Facebook Gameroom or any browser through my desktop.
