Mastering Playlist (rate)

I have played Songpop2 daily for several years now. I recently went on a 3.5 week vacation and did not have consistent access to Songpop2 so I wasn't able to log into Songpop each day to collect my prizes so that was reset. I noticed that it is now taking me twice as long to master playlists and I'm frustrated. How much longer will it take to get back to where I left off before I went on vacation July 19th? I've tried unsuccessfully to get tech support and really feel frustrated at the slower pace of mastering playlists because of my vacation. Is there any way I can get things reset to where I was before my trip? Please help!
