Purchased a coin pack (19.99) was charged for 2. Only received 1 set of coins. How do I get a refund?

Bought 1 package of coins (19.99) received 1 package, but was charged for 2 (42.38). How do I get a refund!

  Follow instructions in link and add a note to say you only wanted and received 1 coin package but were charged for 2.

  My vip membership was suppose to be cancelled on November 21st and instead I was charged . I didn't authorize to be charged andx want a refund or I'm going file a complaint with my bank
