loosing ground on my daily bonus you said I missed a day but I didn't and I wasn't going to pay you to stay where I was.

    Effectivement très décevant lorsque nous sommes rendu loin de devoir payer 😣.... ça fait deux fois que ça m'arrive , depuis le temps que je joue à song pop je trouve ça désolant et ça m'enlève le goût de jouer. Vous devriez trouver une nouvelle façon autre que d'obliger à débourser pour conserver nos acquis dans le jeu . Merci!!!

    Even when I play Song Pop everyday... sometimes twice a day, I never manage to get past day 3. Even if I've play twice in one day, I don't even get the notice for the daily bonus. Then a day or two later, it says I missed a day or two. Can you tell me how to access my daily bonus every day?

    Click on link and file a complaint.  Link takes you to "submit a support ticket" which they have removed the button for.

    This has happened to me several times. I play every day sometimes 4 or 5 times and then out of the blue they hit you saying you missed and extort 4 or 5 bucks to keep your place.
