Cancel the "new" VIP

Hi all,

 

I signed up for VIP this morning - and would like to cancel it after the 30 days, rather than having it autorenew. I'm not saying that I won't renew - I just really hate having things autorenew on me.

 

Per your VIP Post "Just update in the App Store and claim inside SongPop 2. You can cancel this subcritptfion at any time (see here for iOS: https://songpop2.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001620508 and here for Android: https://songpop2.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001620268)".

 

I'm on iOS (for now - which is another reason I don't want it to autorenew). When I try either of the links, I get "

  use "submit request" at top of screen
