I paid for something I'm not getting
I've been an avid Song Pop player, playing every day for years. I paid for the Song Pop Plus no ad version which you have now conveniently decided to eliminate. It's either play with ads or pay $4.99 a month. I'm sorry, those who paid for no ads should be grandfathered in with no ads.
I received an email from saying if I signed into the original SongPop I could play with my Plus benefits. I did that and am still getting ads so why are my Plus benefits not there? If they can't honor their original agreement, I'll find something else to play. Shame on you, Song Pop.
I don't want my money back. I just want to play my few games with no ads. I don't want to pay for hundreds of games I don't want to play. Any suggestions?

There's an article about this - https://songpop2.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001571987-I-am-a-SongPop-Plus-Player-why-am-I-see-ads-

Gary, thanks for the link. Re: this paragraph:
"SongPop "Plus" (no ad in the game) was an app launched in 2012. You can still access this app if you have purchased it, even though it is no longer available in the store. Also if you download the regular original SongPop and login with the same account you have used for SongPop Plus, you will not see any ads."
It says if I download the original SongPop (which I did) and login with the same account I have used for SongPop Plus (which I did), I won't see any ads — which I do.
I don't mind playing SongPop rather than SP2. I just don't want to see any ads. How can I do this? What your link says and what's actually happening doesn't match.
Thanks for your help, Sandy
