Denyed game now can't replay

On or around July 11th 2017 my sister who I play the game with asked me for a game. I had to deny because I eas having problems with the game at the time. I have since recently on numerous occasions since then tried to ask for another game so has she. We keep getting the same message that says to soon to re engage this player. Please help I love this game and so does she but we are getting frustrated. I did message the help center a few days after this happened but I got no response.
