I was told I missed a day when I have NOT! I will be quitting this game that does not know what is going on!!

    I had that happen before too. For some reason when playing on the PC, it doesn't fully register that I've played on that day and it counts against me. I've not had that problem on the mobile version. There are a few bugs in the game that really need to be fixed. That's just one of them.

    I've also had this problem and was in the 3rd week for the 2nd note booster. I play on my laptop and for free. I wonder how many of us (if not all) are affected by it because we do not pay for VIP, etc.

    I have also had this happen to me many times.  Very disheartening.  I am VIP.  I love the game, but I can't seem to progress because it breaks my streak.  I have been playing for over 6 months.

    Keeps happening to me. Just read about another person and a few people I play. Customer Service will not acknowledge. There are at least six topics about this in the community.
