Make songs more "guess-able"
I understand that I'm not going to know every song in every playlist, but when it's something that I've never heard before and it's just a random guitar portion of the song, or worse a silent part of the song, it's virtually impossible to guess it. I'm not saying that every song has to be made completely obvious, just give us a chance. Take a little bit more time on the sample and pick a spot that has some more meat to it.

I agree with you to an extent. There are some songs where the title is given away with the first 1 second of the clip, that's too easy. But then there are others where there are no vocals, just generic music going. If it's not a song you know by heart, you don't have a chance of guessing right. One clip comes to mind specifically with this problem - Jethro Tull's 'locomotive breath', not only is it very generic, the volume is about 1/10th that of all the other clips, it's not only hard to guess, it's also hard to simply hear it at all. There are a few other clips where it's dead air for the first couple of seconds.
Fortunately, problems like this are few and far between. I do agree that they do a good job for the most part. It's just frustrating when an impossible clip is the 3rd selection, I get it wrong and wind up getting 0 mastering points for what is 4 right answers.
