responding to players

i don't know how to respond when a plare send me a message. how do i send a message back? does it make a difference if i'm playing on a tablet? i can write a comment but the screen won't go any more to enter it.

On the PC version there is a "send" button to the right of the text box. The text box is limited to about 120 character message if you don't have VIP. If you can't see the "send" button look for screen zoom on your device and make the screen smaller, that might bring the "send" button into view if you can't find a slider bar on sides of screen to move there.
