Game Settings-(Opponent's Guess)

I have disabled Opponent's Guess in my Game Settings, but the little face icon is still showing up!  It is very distracting for me while playing!  Why is the disable option not working?

  I don't think it works as I've tried many times to disable it and it just resets itself.
