    Don't think its possible with powerups but you can buy tickets then gift them to a friend on SongPop.  Both of you need to be Facebook friends and it involves relaxing the FB security a little.  On your SongPop page in between the free ticket for movie icon and the profile settings icon there is an envelope icon that you use to gift tickets to other players.
