Why don't I ever get rewards for watching ads anymore??

For about a week, I've been trying to watch ads so I can get free tickets, but most of the time I never receive the tickets. I know you can email them a request and they'll give you some but I've done that at least twice this week and I'd rather not do it again. Has anyone else had a similar problem and how could I fix it

  Check if you are using any type of "Ad blocker" program in the background, some antivirus programs will also do this.  If you are disable it for the SongPop page.  This fixed mine when I was playing on PC
