Song Pop is not working

I am having trouble playing song pop.  It keeps locking up on me.  I tried restarting my computer but that didn't work.  It is becoming very frustrating trying to play.  Recover webpage keeps popping up!  Is there a problem with this site?

  I keep getting stuck on the Welcome screen. I get the loading symbol that never disappears. Only way I can play is to switch to SongPop 1 which doesn't have all the features :-(

  I am unable to access my SongPop plus and classic account.
  When I did log in using my Apple ID I was treated as a new member and asked to subscribe to songpop plus. I am already a subscriber and have a linked account with song pop classic. I was treated as anew member and starting from the beginning Please advise on how to get back to my original membership Irene West
