I follow the proceedure to change my username but it does not save it ...can anyone help

  Make sure you are following their criteria. If you type any uppercase letters, they won't allow it.

  I follow the instructions for changing my Username, to get to the Account Settings page but the Username field does not have the orange arrow on the right. There is nothing to click on to access the Username field for editing.

  It's quite straightforward. Just navigate to the settings menu and you'll find an option to edit your username. I followed the same process myself when I needed to change my username from Rapid Alert System to John Edward.
