problem loading my game

EVERY TIME I OPEN THE GAME ON MY PHONE IT WILL NOT LET ME PLAY CHALLENGES! FRUSTRATED AND READY TO DUMP THE GAME!!

I have friends who tried to play from their computers who are having simular issues: they can't seem to get past the offer of the 6 free videos offered to get started. The game gets hung up right at that point and wont load anything else. needles to say they are unable to play. :(

I'm having the same problem and I too play on my computer....needless to say I can't play either

That's the exact issue I'm having as well. The only way I can play is by switching from SongPop 2 into SongPop 1 but it doesn't have all the same features as SongPop 2. It saddens me that there is no solution since the time of this original post 2 weeks ago.

In looking around, I saw a fix if you download it on your phone and go through the setup process then it will start working on the computer. The problem for me is that downloading it on my phone is not an option. I can't find any other solutions :-(
