Facing an issue on adding new music on playlist

Somehow, a new playlist won't publish. when I attempt to add a new playlist option to my roofer roofing services. I've been receiving Post Approval notices for more than a week now. I also open a ticket in an effort to get my problem fixed as quickly as possible.
