It seems that when you enter one of your saved playlists and then navigate back, you are redirected to the page displaying all existing playlists rather than the "saved playlists" page. This behavior can vary depending on the specific platform or application you are using to access your playlists. However, it's worth noting that some platforms may have default navigation behavior that takes you back to the broader list of playlists instead of the specific section you were previously in. It appears that the "saved playlists" page gets bypassed in favour of the "all playlists" page when you access one of your saved playlists and then browse back. The way your playlists act may change depending on the system or software you're using to play them. It's important to keep in mind that the default navigation behaviour of some platforms may be to return you to the overall list of playlists rather than the specific area you were previously in. Encountering an issue where accessing and then leaving saved playlists redirects you back to the page displaying all existing playlists may indicate a configuration or customization problem within your Zendesk instance. To troubleshoot this, you can start by reviewing your playlist settings, particularly the navigation rules or triggers that dictate the user flow. Check if any recent changes or updates have affected these settings. Regards

It would appear that the page labeled "saved playlists" is skipped in favor of the page labeled "all playlists" if you view one of your saved playlists and then go back to the previous page. There is a possibility that the behavior of your playlists will change depending on the computer or software that you use to play them. It is vital to keep in mind that the default navigation behavior of some platforms may be to return you to the overall list of playlists rather than the specific region that you were previously in. This is something that you should keep in mind whenever you navigate on one of these platforms. marykayintouch login
