Facing an problem on adding new playlist of songs

I'm having trouble publishing a new playlist. When I attempt to publish a fresh playlist recommendation on my actfastmed. I keep getting a Post Approval notification, and it's been happening for more than a week. In order to get my problem fixed as quickly as possible, I also submit a ticket.

  According to the Spotify Community, the change does not affect offline listening, where users can download 10,000 songs across five different devices. In addition, the new update does not change that playlists can have no more than 10,000 songs.

  There are many posts on here about browsing posts we become what we behold for too long and not getting a response after sending a support letter. How about you? Did you get any support?
