This sucks, I've been a VIP member for years and just ended it like this is not fair. They should've let's us be PLUS member for the same price. I'm definitely not paying extra. This was my favorite game but not anymore.

Wth song pop? I've played this game since it started and now I don't have a choice but to change or lose everything? Why ? You're going to lose so many people on here.

I had VIP and was never offered PLUS and I can't change subscription, with a current subscription active.  I wanted the PLUS at VIP price for three months, but not able to do it.  It took a long while but I finally got a response that said because I paid for my subscription through Microsoft that I will not be offered the discount?  Told me it was Microsoft's fault.  First of all, the company should be able to change people's subscriptions, because you have already done it by switching me to ADS free user.  Useless for me.  Everyone that was a VIP user should have been given PLUS for the rest of their subscription, because ADS free user does not give what VIP users paid for.  That is a breach of a contract of service.  If the person did not want to continue with PLUS they could have canceled their subscriptions.  Then people like myself wouldn't have a problem.

Ok, I agree SongPop, this is Bu11$h!+! Basically you are telling the players who have been playing game for YEARS, "thanx for helping us become popular but now that we are, as a token off our appreciation, we are taking away the benefits you've enjoyed as a subscriber. But it's ok, because for a little more than double the price, you can have similar benefits!"

You know, I would bet that a decent coder could design a similar music trivia game. And I, and I'll bet many other previously loyal SongPop subscribers, would be happy to give them $5/ month for decent treatment.

Way to show for gratitude, that's awesome
